Kids gone wild, naturally.
Let’s consciously make a space where kids can explore hands-on the adventures of self-discovery and confidence around our natural connections to food.
Because nature is nurture.
Unplugging to connect.
Today’s kids are growing up in a world that moves fast—where screens are constant, schedules are packed, and anxiety is on the rise. As rates of adolescent mental health struggles climb, families are seeking grounding practices that help kids feel confident, calm, and connected.
This project was born from a deep desire to help children slow down and reconnect—with themselves, their food, and the natural world. Cooking offers a powerful creative outlet—where kids learn agency, expression, and the joy of nourishing themselves. Gardening teaches patience and wonder. And simple daily rituals built around food and nature help kids develop lifelong tools for emotional and physical wellness.
The mission of DigIn is to blend food education, mental wellness, and mindful play—all wrapped in seasonal, sensory-rich experiences that inspire agency, joy, and connection. It’s not just a class; it’s a foundation for a more grounded, confident generation.
What if we slow down and let kids learn life skills?
Can you envision a world where every child grows up with the confidence to nourish themselves, the curiosity to grow their own food, and the tools to care for their minds and bodies.
At its heart, this club supports parents in raising more resilient kids by giving families a hands-on, joyful space to grow skills that matter:
self-trust, curiosity, calm, and care.
Just a mom, not an expert.
I’m not a trained nutritionist or educator—just a mom who’s seen the power of slowing down in the kitchen and garden. This project is built on lived experience, curiosity, and a deep belief that kids thrive when given the tools to connect with their food, their bodies, and the world around them.
